Hello  my name is Matt. My specialised medium is the modest biro. I enjoy working with the biro because you can create subtle and  rich effects but applying the desired pressure. I don't stick to a specific subject as I get bored easily and because I like to challenge myself . Really hope you like my work.

Hey, I just want to say a big thank you to everybody who has supported me and my biro art in my short time of being on Deviant Art. I have been truly overwhelmed. I do this art as an addictive hobby. I have never showcased my work before, due to a lot of rejection, strange looks and put downs which had really knocked my confidence. Also my art has got me through some dark times, which makes it really special to me. To be a Biro artist requires immense concentration and patience as a small area could take 2 to 3 hours, but by persevering the finished product can be so satisfying.
